• If you have claimed a Gift Card: when your claim is processed, your giftcard will arrive within 2-4 weeks. Your gift card will arrive to the address you have put in the form above.
• All claims will be processed within 5 business days of their submission.
• Claims without a valid email address or mailing address will be denied.
• All claims must have a valid receipt number.
• All Claims are internally tracked and matched with receipts. If you have provided an incorrect receipt number or a receipt that has already been submitted on another claim, your claim will be denied.
